Just another Boston Pizza service was decent. The food was good. But it took forever for the food to come out. Our appetizer came out reasonable time but our main dishes took forever. Sure maybe our table is party of 6 but still it take over 40 mins wait for our main meal. By the time it came out we were full from our appetizer and unfortunate we did not enjoy our main meal.
Been here several times, service is always very slow. Called for a take out order and asked for honey barbecue wings (like honey hot) and they told us they can not do that and proceeded to argue with my wife who was placing the order. When I showed up at the take out I asked the lady if I could order honey garlic wings mixed with bbq sauce and she said yes that's no problem..... Completely unorganized.
The pizza was under cooked. Slightly warm. The second booth we moved to was dirtier than the first. Undererwhelmed...
Nice to have a familiar eatery when passing through at meal time. This one is a little confusing to get to, no direct access off the highway, passed it the first time. You have to double back if westbound and know it is there going eastbound. Good food good service.
Wow. Now I understand why my wife snapped and stopped coming to this place. We tried to give it ONE LAST CHANCE, and after the Unicorn Lemonades were so revolting because they obviously forgot real lemons and SUGAR, I thought at least we would get a good meal. But here I am, watching my family eat their last bites of their meals, and I'm still waiting for mine. Just finally informed the server that I never got it, and she didn't understand what happened since she just got back from a break!! Yep, never again Athabasca BPs- our family is officially done with your crappy restaurant.
