Our vehicle broke down on the way home to Fort McMurray on a holiday Monday. The staff at Koch Ford were amazing from start to finish. It started with Wendy who was extremely helpful on the phone to John the Service Manager who went the extra mile for us. He came to talk to us numerous times to let us know what was happening with our vehicle. Brandon, our mechanic stayed well after close to ensure our vehicle was ready so we could get home to our kids. Had it not been for him we would have had to stay the night. Great service and great staff. We highly recommend Koch to everyone.
Exceptional treatment as expected. Sales team of Matt, Mike and Greg were unbelievable and did everything anyone could ask for during our deal and have continued to since. Buying a vehicle can be stressful but these guys make it an experience you want to do again. Love the new truck!
I received prompt attention when I called about my recall for the doors on my 2016 Ford F-150. Within 2 weeks I was called back to have the door latches replaced at Ford's cost. The people at Koch Ford were very pleasant and they offered a shuttle service to anywhere in town. I stayed at the dealership however where I sat in comfortable chairs in the waiting area and had a coffee All in all a very relaxed and comfortable place to be.
I honestly never post reviews however this dealership and the Koch Ford team deserve a review. My salesman was David and he was great. He answered all my questions and sent photos quickly making me feel comfortable purchasing a used truck without seeing it in person. They delivered the vehicle (to calgary) exacting as described with no surprises and completely detailed. The delivery staff were friendly and kind as are the other team members I have spoken with. I recommend giving them a call if you're in the market for a vehicle.
