it's really hit or miss with the staff there. but as for organization and selection, exceptional like any Canadian Tire.
Lawn and garden people are completely clue less. Absolutely no customer service. Once you buy a tool or machine from Cambodian tire, it's yours. Expect no parts or service support from these people. They aren't even willing to help find A part number, so you can cross it and buy parts elsewhere. Ended up figuring it out myself, and buying parts for my crappy tire tractor at an auto parts store.
Front left tire had front rim side thing almost hitting tire so asked shop to fix so tire would stay safe and he politely fixed area above tire and now my suv looks good and for no cost
There are times when asking for assistance they seem to busy and just point Howe reverse there are some staff that are exceptional And go far beyond and are excellent people most of the issue is younger staff or people who do not take pride in there jobs
Used to praise this Canadian tire because of an extremely knowledgeable employee in the auto department named eli. Always could find what I needed and at low costs. Since he left I've had only bad experiences, don't even answer the phone anymore and been waiting so long for a call back from last time I left a message I don't even remember what I was calling about.
