Terrible costumer service. l was in drive through a couple weeks ago and before driving away l checked my order. lt was wrong (but on the screen was correct). l very kindly asked for lt to be corrected, (there was cheese on my burger when l asked for none- allergy) which the staff was extremely rude about. They then tried to fix lt by taking the cheese off the patty and giving the same burger back. There was still some cheese left on the patty. l politely explained and asked for a new burger entirely. They rudely told me to park out front bc l was holding up the line and theyd bring me a new one. The lady literally threw the new burger through my window to me. Terrible experience & will never return or recommend lt.
Decent place. Except i found a hair in my onion rings. Didnt say much just , didnt eat them other than that i enjoyed my double Teen burger. And the front entrance smells like an abandoned building.
Went inside the store and stood waiting for service way longer than a person would expect. The staff members were standing behind the counter talking to each other instead of helping me. Very poor service. I would not recommend this store to my friends and family.
Poor customer service. Around 12pm, no one was ahead of me in the drive thru. Waited for a few minutes until anyone spoke or answered through the board. At the window, no please, thank you, or anything said at all by the staff. To top it off, no napkins in the bag.
Went to buy chubby chicken meal, had to wait 15 minutes but I don't mind since the fried chicken is freshly cooked! The staff are very nice and friendly, they even gave me a free drink while waiting :)
